This compact unit has a hot melt rate of 25 pounds (11.3 kilograms) per hour. Its melt-on-demand adhesive dispense technology easily integrates into middle to high volume packaging lines.

Melter accommodates output dispense of 25 lb (11.3 kg) or less per hour.

Four channel dispense accommodates four Plug-Free™ applicators and four heated hoses.

Tank-Free™ melting chamber heats glue up to set temperature in about 10 minutes – the quickest start-up time for any end-of-line packaging operation.

First-in-first-out (FIFO) process guarantees that the first adhesive melted is the first dispensed, eliminating thermal shocking and adhesive char.
