Four channels can each connect to a Plug-Free™ applicator and heated hose, producing quick, precise adhesive dispense.

In-line melter has an output dispense 50 lb (22 kg) per hour and can reach operating temperature in 10 minutes – the quickest start-up time for any packaging line.

First-in-first-out (FIFO) adhesive flow guarantees that the first glue melted is the first dispensed, eliminating adhesive char and thermal shocking.

Integrated automatic vacuum feed system saves labor costs by automatically pulling adhesive pellets from a drum or bulk container.
