Six channels can each connect to a Plug-Free applicator and heated hose, producing quick, precise adhesive dispense.
In-line melter has an output dispense 50 lb (22 kg) per hour and can reach operating temperature in 10 minutes the quickest start-up time for any packaging line.
Proprietary melt-on-demand technology maintains a continuous flow of adhesive. Less time at high temperature means more uptime and little maintenance-related downtime.
Integrated automatic vacuum feed system saves labor costs by automatically pulling adhesive pellets from a drum or bulk container.
